Focus : Girls First Barrier Project — recognised by Nobel Laureate Claudia Goldin According to Claudia Goldin’s “quiet revolution”, girls are slowly moving upwards in the world — from clerical roles to managerial roles. But even today, there is still fear around business, finance, economics and leadership. Modern Mint — a board game that has been played at MIT and Harvard — helps reduce this fear through experience. It lets girls feel business, take decisions, negotiate, and see consequences safely. Our First Barrier Campaign aims to play and analyse Modern Mint with 10,000 girls across the world. If you feel connected to this mission, then this role will feel meaningful. Your work is simple and practical • send outreach emails to CSR decision makers • set up meetings • join the meeting and present our initiative • take notes and do follow ups no heavy research no complex tasks Who is the right fit someone who genuinely wants girls to step forward with confidence someone who realises that even modern educated girls still hesitate in business discussions someone who cares about making a small but real change Skills needed • clear communication • basic email + presentation comfort • consistency What you will learn • how CSR decisions are made • how to pitch a social initiative • how to convert conversations into outcomes If you want to be part of something that can open the first door of opportunity for girls, this will be a beautiful experience.
