The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project execution, and resolving any client issues. The role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications - Client Relationship Management, Client Communication - Project Management, Coordination with Internal Teams - Problem-Solving, Issue Resolution - Organizational Skills, Multitasking Abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the creative or events industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
