Job Description Primary Job Title: Consultant Radiologist About The Opportunity Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging & Tertiary Care Hospital sector. We provide high-quality, patientcentric radiology and imaging services across multidisciplinary clinical teams in India. This on-site Consultant Radiologist role is focused on delivering accurate diagnostic reporting, imageguided interventions, and clinical collaboration to support inpatient and outpatient care. Role & Responsibilities - Provide timely, accurate diagnostic reporting across modalities (Xray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography) with clear, actionable clinical impressions. - Perform imageguided interventional procedures (biopsies, drainages, vascular and nonvascular interventions) following bestpractice aseptic and safety protocols. - Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, tumour boards and case reviews to guide patient management and contribute to clinical decisionmaking. - Maintain imaging quality and safety: enforce radiation protection (ALARA), protocol optimisation, peer review, and audit activities. - Operate and optimise PACS/RIS workflows, ensure accurate reporting turnaround times and support teleradiology integrations where required. - Mentor and supervise junior radiologists, residents, and technicians; contribute to continuous professional development and departmental SOPs. Skills & Qualifications MustHave - MBBS with MD/DNB (Radiology) or equivalent and valid Indian medical registration. - Proven consultantlevel experience in diagnostic radiology with competency across CT, MRI, ultrasound and Xray reporting. - Practical experience performing imageguided interventional procedures and familiarity with fluoroscopy. - Handson experience with PACS, DICOM workflows and Radiology Information Systems (RIS). - Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and clinical governance in imaging. - Ability to work onsite in India and participate in defined oncall rotas and multidisciplinary care pathways. Preferred - Fellowship or advanced training in Interventional Radiology, Breast Imaging, Neuroimaging or Crosssectional Imaging. - Experience with mammography screening, MRIguided procedures or advanced CT/MR protocols. - Familiarity with AIassisted imaging tools, structured reporting templates and quality improvement initiatives.
