We are seeking a Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the customer service and sales industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our offerings, and generating leads.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and provide information regarding products and services.
- Achieve monthly targets set by the management team.
- Update customer information in the database after each call.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
