Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce at WanderOn. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier candidates across various departments, managing recruitment processes, and developing strategies to ensure the company is consistently hiring the best talent available.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications and company culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure proper onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing & Market Research:
- Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, best practices, and labor market developments to identify new sourcing strategies.
- Utilize creative techniques to attract passive candidates and generate candidate interest.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the final offer stage.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the companys values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Recruitment Strategy & Reporting:
- Work closely with HR leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the companys business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, including key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various levels and departments.
- Education:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage candidate expectations.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
