Roquette is a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients Want to help us make a difference Using plant-based resources we collaborate with our customers and partners to imagine and offer ingredients to better feed people and treat patients Each of our ingredients responds to unique and essential needs and they enable healthier lifestyles Position Purpose To undertake the handling of material management in Engineering Stores for the Unit and ensure all the processes are followed as per defined guidelines You will be responsible for To monitor activity related RGP NRGP Rejection To consolidate daily reports of material receiving issuing section of stores prepare inventory reports To ensure material management process complies to SOPs take corrective actions on deviation Responsible for effective material management by keeping track of fast moving slow moving and non moving materials cascading the information to respective departments To adopt modern techniques of material management in stores activities To train store personnel on effective inventory management techniques Co-ordination between user purchase to maintain min inventory of packing Chemical other fast moving items Responsible for managing day to activities of receipt issue Communication with other department for providing them details of day to day receipt issue details so that they can control their budget and plan their work accordingly Responsible for providing report of closing stock revenue expenditures to management on daily monthly basis Responsible for implementation of 5S in stores Responsible for timely close the receipt issue forwarding GRN to accounts Responsible for collecting processing quotations for monthly disposal of scrap Approval of indent related to minimum inventory To ensure HSE policies related to Warehouse and work area are followed What will we love about you Functional competencies Sound knowledge of Work place management Supervising Advance Excel Technical Applicative competencies Material Management ERP Working capital management Qualifications Requirements Education Engineering Diploma Experience 5 to 8 years in similar role in a plant If you identify yourself in this position please apply by uploading your resume and let s start the journey together Roquette is proud to be a global company where you can find personal and professional growth through multiple diverse experiences Roquette strives to create a dynamic workforce while remaining firmly committed to equal opportunity by complying with EEO laws As we continue to grow Roquette understands that to be successful we must always be inclusive in our approach To find out more about our products values and sustainable development ambitions visit us at www roquette com and at www sustainability roquette com
