About the Company:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure business growth. This will be responsible for handling a team.

About the Role:

Must Have worked with large enterprise clients in Manufacturing.

· Knowledge of AI/ML technology based use cases would be an added advantage

· Should have work on custom solution based selling with Large Enterprises

· For Karnataka, Local Language is a must

· Must have extensive worked in various areas of the state.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling software sales team to achieve individual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote software products and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, prospecting, and cold-calling.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate software solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and conduct software demos to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable sales and long-term client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Mater's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Required Skills:

- Exp- 5+ years in software sales.
- Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of software products, solutions, and the tech industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and drive results.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
