Job Description We are looking to hire a skilled Lead ServiceNow developer experienced in ITSM and IT Asset management. The candidate should have 6+ Yrs. of experience in ServiceNow configuration and implementation for large customers. As a ServiceNow Lead developer, you will be responsible for configuration, platform implementation and administration.We are looking for a candidate who is strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude and ability to deal with cultural diversity. Role Description Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion. Provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for assigned areas of application development responsibility. Develop innovative complex business solutions by creating new applications, modifying existing applications and providing post production support. Deliver more complex business application software solutions following the system development life cycle process. Lead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration. Developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules Certification Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certified Implementation Ability to create widgets and complete Service Portal pages Experience in design and layout of Service Catalogs as well as the Service Portal in general Experience in leading or working in a ServiceNow development team in an Agile environment Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.). Optimize the business process. Be the Customer Zero for ServiceNow, implementing and configuring IT applications. Job Specific Knowledge & Skills Minimum6+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like ITSM, ITAM and ITOM Experience in Performance, Analytics and Reporting module of ServiceNow. Experience with Agile development and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes. Experience in Configuration Management, administration of the Discovery tool and integration with other ServiceNow modules. Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.). Development experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, Java script and AJAX Knowledge of one or more of the following: Jelly, JSON, AngularJS, React, React Native. Understanding of client-server calls and callbacks, including AJAX, web hooks, REST and JSON Familiar with service oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST) Knowledge on MID Server and integrations, PowerShell and Python is preferred.
