Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize applications that align with business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and ensuring application scalability, maintainability, and performance. You will play a key role in solution design, development, code reviews, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Python application development.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to organization-wide initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and build overall team capabilities.
- Perform application performance reviews and implement necessary improvements.
- Support debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
- Partner with multiple teams to provide technical solutions for complex challenges.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong expertise in Python programming, Gen AI, Agentic, & Machine Learning
- Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and scalable applications.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of MySQL or other database management systems, AWS Application Integration.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Exposure to Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Fast API, Pyramid).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.

Qualification & Experience

- Mini. 5-12 yrs Python development experience.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
