Senior Creative Specialist (Art & Video Creation)

Educational Qualification:

- Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field from a reputed art college (e.g., National Institute of Design, BHU, Delhi College of Arts, or equivalent).

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Creative Ideation & Visualization

- Independently conceptualize and develop innovative, high-quality artworks and video content that align with project goals and brand vision.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity by generating unique ideas and translating them into visually compelling designs, illustrations, animations, or videos.

1. Content Creation & Execution

- Design and produce professional-grade artworks (digital illustrations, backgrounds, graphics) and videos (motion graphics, promotional videos, storytelling content) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, even under tight deadlines and pressure.

1. Team Management & Mentorship

- Lead and manage a team of junior creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and output.
- Groom team members by conducting training sessions, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

1. Adaptability to AI & Emerging Tools

- Proactively learn and integrate new AI-driven creative tools (e.g., generative art platforms, video editing software) to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Scale up creative workflows by leveraging technology, ensuring efficient processes without compromising artistic integrity.

1. Project Delivery & Accountability

- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed within deadlines and meet client/stakeholder expectations.
- Handle high-pressure situations effectively, maintaining composure and delivering consistent results under challenging timelines.

1. Growth & Learning Orientation

- Exhibit a strong intent to grow by staying updated with the latest trends in art, design, video production, and creative technology.
- Continuously enhance personal skill sets through self-learning, workshops, or certifications to bring fresh perspectives to the team.

1. Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align creative outputs with organizational objectives.
- Clearly articulate creative concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members, ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing original artworks and video projects.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- High adaptability to AI tools and technological advancements.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Performance Metrics:

- Number of projects completed on time with client/stakeholder satisfaction.
- Quality and innovation reflected in creative outputs (measured via feedback or engagement metrics).

- Adoption and implementation of new tools/techniques in workflows.
