Position Overview

This is a full-time position for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The role is a critical part of our 24x7 support operations, requiring a rotational shift schedule to ensure continuous service availability. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in core messaging and collaboration platforms, with a strong background in at least three of the following: Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and SendGrid. This role goes beyond day-to-day support you will be a key player in high-level projects, including major migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.

As a senior team member, you will be expected to use your extensive experience in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph and your deep knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID to optimize and manage our enterprise-scale environment. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing your expertise, and helping them grow their skills. Responsibilities

- Provide expert-level support and administration for at leastthreeof the following platforms:Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and SendGrid

- Ensure high availability and performance of messaging and collaboration services in a24-7 operational environment

- Lead and execute infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives

- Mentor and assist junior team members through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices

Minimum Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience inExchange Online / Hybrid,SharePoint administration,Microsoft Teams, orSendGrid.

- Proficiency inPowerShell scriptingfor automation and reporting

- Solid understanding ofActive Directory,Entra ID, andemail routing protocols

- Experience in monitoring, incident response, and change management in enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Analytical advisor role that requires understanding of the theories and concepts of a discipline and the ability to apply best practices

- A common career stabilization point (AKA the full-contributor level) for Professional roles

- Require knowledge and experience such that the incumbent can understand the full range of relevant principles, practices, and practical applications within their discipline

- Solve complex problems of diverse scope by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and applying knowledge of best practices in practical situations

- Use data analysis, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action

- Apply creativity in recommending variations in approach

- Connect the dots of assignments to the bigger picture

- May lead projects or key elements within a broader project

- May also have accountability for leading and improving on-going processes

- Build effective relationships with more senior practitioners and peers, and build a network of external peers

- Work independently, with close guidance given at critical points. May begin to act as a mentor or resource for colleagues with less experience
