Role Overview:
We are looking for an E-commerce Associate to manage and optimize our presence on leading marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have experience in product listing, data analysis, and basic operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Listing & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
2.Data Analysis: Monitor sales trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to improve conversions.
3.Inventory & Pricing Management: Ensure stock availability, update pricing, and coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing.
4.Marketplace Compliance: Ensure listings adhere to platform policies and optimize for search ranking.
5.Campaign Support: Assist in running promotions, deals, and advertisements on Amazon and Flipkart.
6.Customer Feedback & Review Management: Monitor and respond to customer queries, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand presence.
Skills & Qualifications:
1.1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon & Flipkart).
2.Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Sorting, Basic Formulas).
3.Understanding of SEO, A+ Content, and product ranking strategies on Amazon & Flipkart.
4.Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics.
5.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
6.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
