Job Title: SAP ABAP Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 5–10 Years Location: [Onsite ] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ABAP development and solid functional understanding of SAP modules. The candidate will work closely with business users and functional consultants to design, develop, enhance, and support SAP solutions in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF). - Develop and support ABAP Objects, ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and User Exits. - Work on Enhancements such as BAdIs, Enhancements Framework, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions. - Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for production issues. - Support interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Proxy, and Web Services. - Develop and support data migration using LSMW, BDC, and Migration Cockpit. - Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and post-go-live support. - Prepare technical design documents and ensure adherence to development standards. - Provide Hypercare and AMS support as required. Functional Exposure (Any of the Below) - SAP MM / SD / FI / CO / PP / QM / PM / HR - Understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration points - Experience working directly with business users Technical Skills - Strong expertise in SAP ABAP / ABAP OO - Experience with S/4HANA, CDS Views, AMDP (good to have) - Knowledge of OData services and Fiori integration (preferred) - Hands-on experience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs - Debugging skills and performance optimization Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent - 5+ years of relevant SAP ABAP experience - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good to Have - Experience in S/4HANA implementations or upgrades - Exposure to SAP Fiori / UI5 - Knowledge of SAP Workflow - Prior experience in support and enhancement projects What We Offer - Opportunity to work on complex SAP landscapes - Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment - Competitive compensation and benefits If you want, I can customize this JD for: - Freshers / Mid-level / Senior roles - S/4HANA-only projects - Support / Implementation / Upgrade focus - Specific module (MM, SD, FI,
