About the Role

The Global Planning Strategy & Analytics (GPSA) Team is dedicated to building an efficient network that ensures our community receives seamless, prompt, and complete resolutions to their concerns-every time. Within GPSA, the Network Analytics team is at the forefront of managing BPO partner support data across the globe and transforming it into meaningful insights. To drive this vision forward, we're looking for a Data Analytics Specialist III-that's you

Your Impact in Role:

1. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on volume, productivity, and capacity, segmented by LOB, site, team lead, and agent-level metrics.

2. Manage dashboard onboarding and reporting books for new queues within Network Analytics, ensuring that queries remain up-to-date and aligned with global standards.

3. Conduct data analysis to support workforce and operations teams, developing analytical frameworks to guide the company's expansion into new markets and products.

4. Collaborate with the Community Operations team to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.

5. Build and maintain detailed models and dashboards for city-level, regional, and global reporting.

6. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of support teams.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in VBA, JavaScript, SQL, and data analysis-experience in reporting and analytics is mandatory.

2. Advanced expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and data manipulation.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.

4. Hands-on experience with Google Suite and SQL query editing.

5. Ability to create insightful dashboards with effective data visualization.

6. Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed, with a passion for continuous learning and upskilling.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. MIS Experience.

2. Proven ability to analyze large datasets and deliver meaningful insights.

3. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.

4. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor and support team members.
