Role: Oracle Fusion OTL Techno-Functional Consultant ⭐ Role Overview We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end OTL configurations, extensions, interfaces, and integrations. The role demands strong hands-on technical and functional skills. 🔧 Mandatory Skills (Techno-Functional) Functional: - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OTL - Expertise in Work Schedules, Time Card Layouts, Time Entry Rules, Time Processing Rules - Exposure to Absence Management flows - End-to-end implementation experience (at least 1–2 cycles) Technical: - HCM Extracts - Fast Formulas (OTL + Absence) - HDL for OTL-related data loads - BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI report creation - Integration knowledge (SOAP/REST web services) - Ability to troubleshoot issues across OTL + Payroll touchpoints 💼 Responsibilities - Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion OTL modules - Design and develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTL Integrations - Support OTL & Absence functional issues and enhancements - Work with business users for requirement gathering - Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and Technical teams for end-to-end delivery - Handle production support, defects, and performance tuning of OTL rules Apply Now: sandhia@hiresquad.in
