
Sales Executive

Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities Conduct market research to understand customer needs preferences and competitors activities Present and promote our lubricant products to customers highlighting their features benefits and competitive advantages Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with customers distributors and other stakeholders Provide excellent customer service and support addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer retention Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned territory including market trends customer profiles and potential growth areas Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing supply chain and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective product delivery Maintain accurate sales records including customer interactions sales activities and pipeline updates using the company s CRM system Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analysis for management providing insights and recommendations for improvement Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and stay competitive Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 per month Compensation Package Commission pay Schedule Day shift Language English and Hindi Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9999236235
