Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM applications. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SCM solutions to meet our business needs.

Location: Mumbai(Andheri East)

Work Mode: Hybrid(3 days office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Functional Support:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth operation of supply chain processes.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices within Oracle SCM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- User Training & Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide necessary documentation and user manuals.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including test plans and user guides.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align SCM functionalities accordingly.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM or similar ERP applications.
- Proven experience in SCM processes, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and logistics.
- Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Certifications:
- Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus.
