About Our Client Our client is a reputed player in the industrial machinery and energy engineering domain, delivering large, customised projects across global markets. The company operates across the full value chain - from design and manufacturing to aftermarket service - with a strong focus on technology, precision, and long-term sustainability. Job Description - Lead strategic costing and financial control for large-scale engineered projects. - Own budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes. - Drive cost efficiency and margin optimisation across the value chain. - Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and execution teams on pricing and project evaluation. - Ensure accurate financial planning and compliance with internal standards. - Lead and mentor a finance team while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The Successful Applicant - Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with 15-20 years of experience. - Proven experience in ETO / project-based manufacturing environments handling large, customised products. - Expert in SAP CO (product, project, and service costing) and strategic cost analysis. - Polished, assertive leader capable of influencing and challenging cross-functional teams. - Strong business acumen with the ability to partner closely with the CFO and senior management.
