🎯 Job Title:Associate / Senior Associate – Product Control (Equity, Rates, Credit, ALMT) 💼 Experience Required: 0 – 4 Years (in Product Control, Finance, or related Banking domain) 🪩 Location: Mumbai Key Skills: Strong understanding of Equity, Bonds, Interest Rates, Credit, and FX products Knowledge of financial instruments, P&L processes, and valuation models Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Adaptability, attention to detail, and ethical conduct Exposure to process improvement / automation projects preferred Job Description: As an Associate / Senior Associate – Product Control, you will be responsible for providing accurate daily Economic, Step Revaluation, and Risk-Based P&L reports to trading desks and management. The role requires strong analytical skills to validate P&L results, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in reporting. Responsibilities: Prepare and validate daily Economic and Risk-Based P&L for assigned trading desks. Investigate and explain P&L variances caused by market movements, new deals, or valuation changes. Review and reconcile Front Office vs. Product Control P&L predictions. Identify and escalate unusual P&L trends or errors promptly to management. Submit P&L reports for trader sign-off and ensure proper documentation of exceptional items. Support system migrations, global process improvements, and automation initiatives.
