Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Councillor located in Noida. The Academic Councillor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in selecting appropriate training programs, providing career counseling, coordinating with trainers and administrative staff, and tracking the progress of enrolled participants. The Councillor will also manage student queries, assist with placement support, and help students achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in academic counseling, career guidance, and student support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of training and development programs, particularly in IT and related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
