1. Greet and assist customers with product inquiries.
2. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
3. Maintain complete knowledge of product range, designs, and pricing.
4. Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
5. Take and process customer orders accurately.
6. Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
7. Keep track of stock and inform management for replenishment.
8. Handle billing, payments, and maintain transaction accuracy.
9. Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
10. Represent the company at exhibitions and promotional events.
11. Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; graduation in business or marketing preferred.

Proven experience in sales.

Good communication skills in English,Hindi and Gujarati.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand and explain product details clearly.

Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, and WhatsApp communication.

Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn about new designs and market trends.

Team player with good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
