About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining clear communication and delivering timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize project management and communication tools to streamline team workflows.
- Provide daily communication and status updates to ensure alignment with team objectives.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and meeting documentation as required.
- Handle expense tracking and budget monitoring with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate between different departments or teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview scheduling.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Trello, Meet, Zoom).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and handling scheduling tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
