Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills are required Must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly to multi-task and to work effectively as a member of a team Must have good business acumen Must be a self-starter and be able to work with people at all levels Confidentiality of sensitive information is required Hand on development Integration experience in one or more of the following IAM tools Admin experience is good to have OKTA Must be primary Skill Responsible for building out the OKTA platform Assist IAM team in understanding OKTA application integrations enabling and testing Configure Single Sign On SSO and Password Reset and Provisioning Perform and complete the OKTA configuration Integrate Active Directory with OKTA Identifying required attributes implementing security policies Cloud knowledge especially AWS is a must Knowledge of Active Directory LDAP Strong on Object oriented concepts and Design pattern knowledge Strong development experience in J2EE and Core Java Development experience on JavaScript Python Beanshell Should have worked on Web Services MVC framework like Spring Java persistence framework like Hibernate Good knowledge on SQL Should be able to write complex queries as and when required Sound knowledge of Markup languages like XML and or JSON Good to have some experience in React JS Node JS or Angular JS Good understanding of Application server like Websphere or Weblogic Knowledge on Versioning tools like GIT CI Build tools like Jenkins Maven Bit Bucket Good to have certification in any of the above-mentioned tools Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required Should have a total experience between 9 to 11 years And more than 75 of this experience must in the IAM space including internal and external IAM technologies and implementation
