Key Responsibilities Financial Planning Forecasting Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives Business Finance Performance Analysis Partner with business and operations teams to provide financial insights and cost-benefit analyses Track KPIs related to delivery costs route efficiency and operational productivity MIS Reporting Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership Analyze variances against budgets forecasts and provide actionable insights Cost Control Optimization Identify cost-saving opportunities across delivery operations warehousing and third-party logistics Support initiatives to improve financial efficiency and margin improvement Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with senior leadership operations procurement and tech teams to align finance with business goals Qualifications CA CMA preferred Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FP A or Business Finance Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial tools e g SAP Oracle Power BI Prior experience in a logistics courier e-commerce or supply chain environment is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
