Role Description: Product Manager Experience: 6-7 years of experience in Product Management Work Mode: Onsite (Lower Parel, Mumbai) The Product Manager responsibilities involve overseeing the product’s lifecycle from a technical perspective, which includes: Responsibilities : 1. Communicate with stakeholders including product owners and customers to gather feature requirements, feedbacks and translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa 2. Define and track success metrics, establish KPIs and ensure that they are met on a regular basis 3. Track user behavior, conduct user testing, and interviews to optimize the product to satisfy the end user expectations and on going basis 4. Prioritizations feature and establish a roadmap considering latest business requirements, user feedback and technical parameters and timelines. 5. Creating and managing a roadmap taking account for the stakeholder feedback in an iterative manner that reflects the technical & stakeholder requirements and milestones of the product. 6. Understanding technical requirements as well as risks and ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned with business goals. 7. Regularly communicate with the internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations throughout development. 8. Ensure product features are delivering meeting quality, performance and security criterias. 9. Collaborate and facilitate marketing, sales and design functions which could include internal and external teams or organizations 10. Provide updates, ask questions about the product vision, and ensure everyone is on the same page regarding timelines and task prioritization. Have a clear communication between each of these roles. 11. Conduct market research to find out new market gaps for potential products and find out user stories to better address customer needs. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage. 12. Organize and implement internal and customer training on how to use the product and answer questions related to the product and its capabilities. 13. Develop and communicate the strategic vision and plan to stakeholders across the company. 14. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. 15. Providing leadership and guidance, acting as a subject matter expert, and advocating for the product’s vision while making critical decisions to resolve conflicts that may arise Requirements: ● A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business, is mandatory. ● Additional certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Project Manager (ACPM) are nice to have. ● 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a software development or technical background, helps understand the product life cycle, development processes, and the challenges of bringing new products to the market. ● Exceptional communication — ability to translate business/creative needs into technical specifications and vice versa. ● Proficiency in using project management tools such as ( JIRA, Asana, Trello, Linear) is preferred to help manage product backlogs, track progress, and facilitate effective collaboration ● Deep understanding of market research methods, business principles, product marketing strategies, and customer behavior to make strategic decisions. ● Proven relevant technical skills, including agile methodology knowledge (such as SCRUM), data analysis, technical writing, A/B testing, and programming basics. ● Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional team members, with the ability to facilitate communication across different departments for products. Domain-Specific Advantage: ● Experience bridging creative/media and technology teams (video, advertising, content automation, or similar industries). ● Prior roles at fast-scaling startups or companies adopting AI in content or marketing domains.
