The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The responsibilities include managing payroll processes, employee performance appraisals, training and development programs, and addressing employee grievances. The selected candidate will foster a positive and productive work environment while assisting the HR department in achieving its strategic goals. Qualifications - Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including Recruitment, Training & Development, and Employee Relationship Management - Experience in Compliance Management and Employment Law Regulations - Proficiency in Performance Management, Payroll, and Employee Benefits Administration - Strong Communication, Organizational, and Leadership abilities - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or facilities management sector is an advantage
