Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Manager - Sales Corporate to lead and drive corporate media sales The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and mentoring a sales team to achieve revenue targets Job Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies and forecasts to achieve business goals Build nurture and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business Lead coach and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance Utilize CRM software and sales data analytics for planning reporting and decision-making Negotiate with clients effectively to close high-value deals Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new opportunities Ensure customer-centricity in all sales processes and engagements Demonstrate adaptability problem-solving ability and emotional intelligence to address client and team needs Job Requirement Qualification BBA MBA preferred in Sales Marketing Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales with proven success in corporate client management and revenue generation Strong communication and presentation skills English Kannada Hindi preferred Leadership and team management capabilities Analytical thinking and strategic planning Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability Expertise in handling sales data and analytics Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills Strong relationship management and networking ability Location - Bangalore
