What You'll Do:

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will take ownership of the QA functionbuilding robust manual test suites and leading automation strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch product quality in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design and own test strategies, plans, and test case documentation
- Drive both functional and non-functional testing across web and mobile platforms
- Lead the adoption and implementation of automation tools and frameworks
- Build and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
- Actively manage bug tracking and resolution using JIRA
- Test telephony and CRM features including call routing, recordings, analytics, and API integrations
- Conduct performance, load, and regression testing
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to define quality goals
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, review their test cases and automation scripts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing
- Strong expertise in writing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and cases
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Postman, and test case management tools
- Solid hands-on experience with any major automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience testing RESTful APIs, backend services, and database validation (SQL)
- Good understanding of QA methodologies and Agile development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to SaaS-based platforms or cloud telephony is a strong advantage

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with performance/load testing tools like JMeter or Gatling
- Familiarity with mobile app based Automation tools like Appium
