Job Description Location: Remote / Hyderabad Type: Internship (with potential to grow) About the Role We're building a next-gen VR Sales Tool for real estate and need a fast, detail-oriented 3D Architecture Intern who excels in SketchUp. You will take raw project references, create accurate CAD plans, and then convert them into high-quality 3D models (interiors + exteriors) optimized for VR. This is a high-responsibility role we need someone who is precise, proactive, and solves problems without hand-holding. Key Responsibilities - Draft CAD Plans: Create accurate 2D CAD plans from project inputs. - 3D Modeling: Build precise SketchUp models of full buildings (interior + exterior). - Design & Furnish: Create aesthetic, VR-ready interiors using good design sense. - Optimize for VR: Maintain clean geometry, organized layers, and efficient models. - Work Fast: Deliver high-quality output on tight timelines. Who Can Apply - SketchUp Experts: You have strong expertise in SketchUp (plugins, shortcuts, clean workflow). - Technical Draftsmen: You are able to create CAD drawings and interpret architectural plans accurately. - Independent Solvers: You have a problem-solver mindsetyou figure out solutions independently. - Designers at Heart: You possess a good design sense for lighting, textures, and interiors. - Fast Executors: You prioritize both speed and accuracy in your execution. - Freshers / Recent Graduates: You have recently graduated and are looking to kickstart your career in architectural visualization or XR. - Students: You are currently pursuing a degree (Architecture/Design) and can balance this role with your studies.
