Job Purpose To ensure effective implementation maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and customer-specific requirements ensuring product quality process conformity and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities QMS IATF Compliance Maintain implement and improve Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 requirements Ensure documentation manuals procedures work instructions formats is controlled and updated Coordinate internal and external audits IATF ISO customer audits surveillance Audit Management Plan schedule and conduct internal audits across departments Monitor closure of NCs non-conformities with effective corrective and preventive actions Support third-party certification and customer audits Process System Improvements Implement APQP PPAP FMEA SPC and MSA requirements Drive continual improvement activities using problem-solving tools 5 Why 8D PDCA Kaizen Track QMS KPIs and ensure achievement Documentation Control Maintain records as per IATF ISO requirements Ensure engineering change management and document revisions are properly implemented Control master list of documents and records Training Awareness Conduct QMS awareness IATF core tools and audit training for staff Promote quality culture across the organization Customer Supplier Interface Support customer-specific requirements implementation Coordinate supplier quality audits and ensure compliance Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 ISO 9001 Core Tools APQP PPAP FMEA MSA SPC Control Plan Experience in internal audits preferably certified internal auditor for IATF ISO Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies 8D 5 Why Fishbone etc Good communication analytical and report-writing skills Proficiency in MS Office QMS software if any Qualifications Experience Diploma B Tech B E in Mechanical Automobile Production or Industrial Engineering 2-10 years of experience in QMS IATF implementation in manufacturing preferably automotive auto components industry Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 preferred KPIs Key Performance Indicators closure of internal audit NCs within defined timeline Successful IATF surveillance certification audits without major NC Reduction in customer complaints PPM levels Effective document control and timely updates of employees trained on QMS Core Tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
