Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Trainer for Customer Care Executive Call Center to train and mentor candidates with locomotor disabilities under our placement-linked skill development training program The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions developing employability skills and preparing candidates for successful careers in the call center and customer service industry Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training on the Customer Care Executive Call Center curriculum as per standards Train students in call center basics communication skills customer handling computer skills and workplace behavior Adapt training methodologies to suit the needs of persons with locomotor disability Conduct role plays mock calls and interactive sessions to build real-life workplace scenarios Monitor student progress and provide personalized mentoring motivation and feedback Maintain training records attendance and assessment reports Coordinate with the placement team for student interviews and job readiness Ensure an inclusive supportive and accessible learning environment Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of call center operations customer service processes and telecom IT-enabled services Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi local language proficiency preferred Ability to use computers MS Office and call center software tools Experience in training teaching preferably in skill development or the BPO sector Empathy patience and the ability to work with persons with disabilities Strong interpersonal motivational and problem-solving skills Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline preferably Commerce Management or IT Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a call center BPO customer care executive role Prior experience as a trainer in skill development programs will be an added advantage Certification in training soft skills or BPO operations is desirable Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
