We are Hiring Purchase Executive Location Connaught Place Delhi Experience 2 - 4 Years Essential Oil or Agro Cosmetic ingredients industry preferred Qualification MBA Interview Mode Face-to-Face Salary up to INR 35 000 - Working Hours 9 AM to 5 30 PM Industry Netherlands-based Manufacturer Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials packaging materials and essential inputs for our essential oil manufacturing unit The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the essential oil supply chain vendor development and cost negotiation and must ensure timely procurement aligned with production and quality standards Key Responsibilities Identify and develop reliable suppliers for essential oils natural ingredients carrier oils packaging etc Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency and timely availability Manage the purchase cycle from inquiry to delivery including purchase orders contracts and payment terms Track inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for procurement planning Conduct market research to identify new sources and ensure competitive pricing Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation especially for international sourcing Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and ensure service level agreements are met Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth inward movement and storage of goods Monitor and report on key purchasing metrics cost savings delivery timelines supplier performance etc Knowledge of essential oils botanicals and industry-specific raw materials is highly preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems ERP SAP Tally and MS Excel Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with QA production and logistics teams MUST HAVE Strong communication skills written and verbal Immediate - 15-day joiners will be preferred Email your CV to hr at anddjobs dot com or WhatsApp 88006 67623 Andd Jobs Free Job Helpline No Charges No Fee
