You will be the driving force behind what our audience sees, watches, and loves every day. Your Primary Focus Will Be: - Hands-On Content Creation (Your #1 Priority): Your main task will be to conceptualize, produce, and edit a steady stream of high-quality Reels, short-form videos, and static posts that make our brand stand out. - Developing Ad Creatives: Design and build sharp, engaging visuals and videos for our paid marketing campaigns, working to capture attention in a split second. - Brainstorming & Pitching New Concepts: Act as our idea machine. We want you to constantly bring fresh angles, video formats, and content series to the table. - Collaborating on the Content Plan: You'll have a voice in what we create next by helping to plan the content calendar and ensuring our social feed is cohesive and on-brand. - Learning What Works: Briefly track content performance to understand what resonates with our audience, using those insights to make your next creations even better.
