SAP FICO Senior Consultant Summary We seek an experienced and talented SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations upgrades and AMS support As a FICO Senior Consultant you will support the SAP Financial Accounting FI and Controlling CO modules to meet our client s business needs The ideal candidate will have exceptional consulting skills deep technical expertise in SAP FICO and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams Responsibilities Should have worked on Incidents Tickets Change Requests and Change Management processes Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes identify opportunities for improvement and recommend SAP FICO solutions Stay current with SAP best practices industry trends and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements upgrades and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems Serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues troubleshooting and resolution Should be able to read and debug the ABAP program Should be able to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Should be willing to work in Japan UK and US rotational shift timings Skills Experience Bachelor s degree or Master s in Commerce Finance Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology MBA Finance or equivalent or a related field 6 - 8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and or SAP S 4HANA environments Candidate should have strong exposure in Financial Accounting i e Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger Accounting Taxes Cost center and Profit center accounting Asset accounting Bank Accounting Controlling Should know FICO integration with MM SD Modules Project System COPA Banking -
