Responsibilities Job Description - Provide investment research support to global asset managers investing in credit instruments - Initiate/maintain multiple deliverables, such as financial models, screeners, research notes for the companies/industries under coverage - Conduct detailed capital structure and covenant analysis - Prepare earnings summaries, credit outlook, and writeups on investment pros and cons for companies under coverage - Effectively communicate ideas and research findings to clients - Manage multiple clients and stakeholders and ensure, prioritise, and execute multiple assignments with tight deadlines - Train junior analysts and review their work - Ensure adherence to high quality standards and industry best practices Job Requirement Skills Required - Sound experience in credit research (3+ years) - Exposure to US/European capital markets - Deep understanding of capital/corporate structure and various debt documents - Experience in writing reports - Strong excel modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail - Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team player with professional demeanour Advantageous Skills - Knowledge of third-party databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Thomson Reuters, etc. Academic Requirements - MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputed institution / CFA
