As a Marketing executive you will have the autonomy to design and implement your own campaigns manage diverse marketing channels and contribute to event planning and sales enablement This position requires a blend of creativity organization and adaptability offering a chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Develop and manage engaging content for nurture campaigns landing pages emails social media and sales literature Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across various channels Organize and manage both virtual and in-person networking lead-generation events Oversee the email marketing schedule and campaigns for the company s database Foster partnerships with stakeholders such as Microsoft and trade associations to plan joint promotional activities Enhance the company s social media presence and grow its reach Utilize internal marketing platforms CRMs to produce insightful reports on campaign performance Occasionally travel to support the company s team for promotional activities Qualifications Experience 2-3 years in a B2B marketing role Education Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience Familiarity with CRM marketing tools is desirable Experience managing WordPress websites and using Canva for basic design work Demonstrable experience with LinkedIn as a marketing platform Strong understanding of the full marketing mix with proven success in lead-generation campaigns Excellent written communication skills with a clear and engaging style Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Interest in the tech industry and automation is a plus Experience in SEO and digital advertising is a bonus but not essential Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Application Question s How many years of experience do you have in the marketing field What is your notice period in days Experience Lead generation 2 years Preferred Location Haryana Haryana Preferred Work Location In person
