Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance Implement quality control measures and ensure construction meets specified standards. Enforce safety protocols to protect workers and prevent onsite accidents. Regularly inspect tools, machinery, and construction practices for compliance. 5. Budgeting and Cost Management Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively. Ensure efficient utilization of resources without compromising on quality. Track project milestones and provide regular financial updates to management. 6. Reporting and Documentation Maintain project reports, site diaries, and construction logs. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status. Document deviations from the plan and recommend corrective measures. Required Skills and Competencies 1. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards.
