Job Description Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor Computer Science & Engineering Computer Science & Engineering We invite applications from highly qualified, motivated, and dedicated academicians for faculty positions in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate education, conducting innovative research, and contributing to the overall academic and professional development of the department and institution. - Ph.D in the relevant field of Computer Science & Engineering. - Master's Degree (M.Tech) and Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech) in the appropriate branch of Engineering. - First Class in all the preceding degrees. - Consistently strong and exemplary academic record throughout. Experience Requirements - Assistant Professor: Minimum 25 years of relevant teaching/research experience. - Associate Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years of post-Ph.D experience. - Professor: Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor. Roles & Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. - Develop and update curriculum in line with emerging trends in Computer Science. - Conduct innovative research and publish in reputed journals and conferences. - Guide and mentor students in academic and research projects. - Participate in departmental planning and academic development activities. - Collaborate with faculty members for interdisciplinary initiatives. - Contribute to institutional growth through academic service and committees. - Encourage and support patents, innovation, and research commercialization. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should: - Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise. - Possess excellent communication and mentoring skills. - Show commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development. - Actively engage in scholarly and research activities. - Promote initiatives such as: - Patents & Research Innovation - Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) - Innovation & Tinkering Labs - Industry Interaction Programs - Value-added and skill-based courses Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in fostering innovation, industry collaboration, and entrepreneurship among students. Pay Scale As per institutional and regulatory norms.
