🚀 We’re Hiring: Standard Cell Design Engineer 📍 Location: Bangalore / Hybrid | 💼 Experience: 3–6 Years We’re hiring at NextICRON Technologies Looking for experienced Standard Cell Design Engineers passionate about transistor-level design and PPA optimization. This role focuses on cell design, not characterization, and involves developing high-quality standard cell librariesfor advanced technology nodes. 🔹 Responsibilities: - Design and optimize standard cells for performance, power, and area (PPA) - Work closely with layout and PDK teams for rule-compliant, manufacturable designs - Perform schematic-level design, functional verification, and circuit simulations - Ensure DRC/LVS compliance and collaborate with CAD and automation teams - Deliver design collaterals for characterization and library integration 🔹 Requirements: - Strong knowledge of CMOS logic design and transistor-level optimization - Experience with Virtuoso, HSPICE/Spectre, Calibre, and StarRC - Familiarity with FinFET or advanced planar nodes (≤28nm) - B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering 📩 Interested candidates can share their resume at: sagrika.chauhan@nexticrontechnologies.com #NextICRON #Hiring #StandardCell #VLSI #Semiconductor #CMOS #ICDesign #EDA
