Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Global Delivery - DADP team, building high-performance, Azure-native data solutions. You'll work directly with clients to translate complex business needs into scalable data platforms, applying your deep expertise across Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and modern data warehousing patterns.

This is a remote consulting role with real client impact, autonomy, and a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & implement robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse
- Architect lakehouse/warehouse models based on medallion architecture
- Optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and handle anomaly detection
- Participate in architectural reviews and CI/CD delivery cycles
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive projects end-to-end
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members

Must-Have Skills:

- Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse (or Fabric)
- SQL (strong proficiency)
- Data modeling: Kimball/dimensional
- ETL/ELT pipeline development
- Data warehouse/lakehouse best practices
- Agile development and DevOps/CI/CD
- Client interaction and communication

Preferred Skills:

- Power BI, Microsoft Purview, or Fabric analytics
- PySpark or Python scripting for transformation
- Experience in data lineage or governance tools
- Azure Data Engineer certification
- Consulting or enterprise project delivery background

Don't Apply If:

- You lack hands-on experience with Azure data stack
- Your background is only in reporting or BI without pipeline development
- You're not comfortable working independently or engaging directly with clients
- You can't overlap with US time zones
