Job Description Job Summary Manage Security related functions during the shift and act as Manager Security in absence of the incharge of the station. Key Responsibilities - Plan and ensure effective functioning of the team round the clock, including insourced and outsourced employees. - Ensure implementation of AVSEC measures, supervision and coordination of security related activities at airports. - Ensure effective threat assessment & response procedures in place in coordination with HOS and Quality team. - Maintain performance standard and achieve department goal in line with regulatory and company goal. - Detailed knowledge on cargo, catering, immigrations, customs and other Airport regulations. - Excellent communication skills as liaising with the government agencies, security agencies, other security /safety related departments, airport operator, airport authority and other appropriate authorities responsible for security functions. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies and updating of manuals, local procedures and to verify invoices - Conduct investigations into security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence - Good Knowledge on AVSEC functions & Regulatory compliance Required Skills & Experience - Security related function in Aviation - Good communication skills - Motivating team for performance - Regulatory rules and regulations - Manage teams in shift for safe and secure flight operations - Can work in stressful environment, customer faced Good To Have - MS Office knowledge - Avsec certification - Screener certification - Auditor certification Educational Qualification - Should be Graduate.
