Company Description At TAPI we re not just a company we re a community committed to advancing health from the core As the world s leading supplier of active pharmaceutical ingredients APIs we partner with 80 of the top 50 global pharmaceutical companies With a legacy spanning over 80 years and a portfolio of more than 350 products as well as custom CDMO services we re shaping the future of health worldwide Our strength lies in our people a team of over 4 200 professionals across 13 state-of-the-art facilities in Italy Hungary the Czech Republic Croatia Israel Mexico and India Together we innovate solve problems and deliver excellence Join us and be part of a mission that transforms lives We re looking for a proactive Engineering Maintenance Mechanical Lead with deep expertise in mechanical systems utilities and plant operations If you thrive in preventive and breakdown maintenance HVAC and water systems management budget oversight and driving continuous improvement through SOPs and system upgrades this opportunity in a dynamic production environment is for you Main Responsibilities 1 Responsible for qualification of equipments critical utility systems and their maintenance 2 Preventive Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of all the mechanical equipments of Production Plant Utilities ETP off sites etc 3 Maintenance of critical utilities like HVAC System Process Water DI Water System Brine System 4 Responsible for operations of HVAC system Brine system in the plant area 5 Identification and preparation of critical spare parts list and its procurement with the help of Procurement department 6 Establishing maintenance schedule of Equipment facilities and ensure its implementation Implementation of routine instructions periodical replacement of worn-out parts repair of faults and malfunctions 7 Acquisition of new systems plant and their incorporation into the plant activities 8 Managing implementing systems improvement programmes changes as per process requirement and as per Change Control Procedure 9 Indenting and managing the spare parts and maintenance material 10 Monitoring of Revenue Budget 11 Preparation and monitoring of Capex Budget under system improvement programme 12 Preparation of SOPs related to Engineering maintenance and training for implementation 13 Meeting with internal customer to understand and re-solve the issues on day-to-day basis 14 Conducting work relations with suppliers Sub-Contractors and planning firms 15 To co-ordinate within the department for re-solving any issues of plant related to Instrumentation Electrical Civil 16 Conducting training for subordinates for their development 17 To carry out self audits 18 To identify implement the energy conservation measure 19 To perform any other job as assigned Qualifications The ideal candidate must be Education BE B Tech - Mechanical Experience Minimum 10 years of experience We are ideally looking for candidates coming from API Chemical Industry Key Skills Good understanding of engineering procedures Understanding of GMP Additional Information Make Your Mark with TAPI Your journey with TAPI is more than a job it s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on global health If you re ready to lead innovate and inspire we re excited to welcome you to our team Together let s shape the future of pharmaceuticals Apply on top of this page and our talent acquisition team will be in touch soon
