About Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The company s technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the company s business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more The Offshore Sr Analyst OTCC is responsible for ensuring the interfaces into and out of these applications are complete and accurate by validating interfaces per the documented Financial Systems C A schedule The systems for this role are Company Owned Revenue Sales Engine Audit Reconciliation SEAR custom PAAS The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of our underlying systems and data flow impacting SEAR This position will ensure that OTCC and accounting systems data flows are documented along with appropriate governance controls segregation of duties The successful candidate will be action-oriented with a blend of both technical and operational accounting experience related to these systems and will seek to build strong relationships with and deliver superior service to all key stakeholders KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with Financial Systems Enterprise Applications UDP Support Restaurant Accounting and Company Owned Revenue Accounting teams Perform routine tie out validations of all interfaces into and out of SEAR following the documented C A process Investigate and document any interfaces with missing Completeness Accuracy processes expect many as this is a new process for 2025 Develop an end-to-end understanding of OTCC Accounting interfaces system dependencies risks and controls including data sources impacting accuracy Perform admin functions in the Oracle SEAR PAAS custom application Including but not limited to Provisioning users in SEAR Admin duties in SEAR Review changes and data flows in all systems for SEAR Admin duties in SEAR Opening and managing tickets with USP Restaurant Technology and Enterprise Applications when needed Understand design of controls supporting data flows and how assurance on control effectiveness is obtained Act as a liaison between OTCC Revenue accounting teams UDP Support Restaurant Tech Financial Systems and Enterprise Applications to support technology effectiveness and ensure all support and enhancement tickets are properly prioritized and tracked thru completion Create maintain interface documentation and job aides related to SEAR Assist with UAT testing system changes and any regression testing if Oracle changes are required EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in computer science accounting or a directly related field or equivalent practical experience EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of relevant experience in accounting finance IT or a similar field Demonstrated success working with large complex data sets required for validating source target systems matching Excel Excel Power Query SQL etc Experience managing tasks and reporting status Experience working in ERP systems SAP Oracle etc is a plus Restaurant accounting experience is a plus REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS or ABILITIES 5 years of experience working with Excel Excel Power Query and SQL are a bonus 5 years working in Oracle Financial Modules Strong accounting acumen and customer service focus Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and customer service ability to positively influence others Strong knowledge of internal controls and able to determine and recommend new changes to controls Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced fast growing company where adaptability is imperative Functional Validations Excel expert Power Query ideally SQL nice to have pull data from UDP Accounting go into SEAR and understand how data traces thru the applications Data flow Revenue Sales CR AR are DR Cash Over Short based on sales and payments and any other cash data points Restaurant experience a plus QA training would be a good indicator of skills needed good documentation follow-up testing etc
