Job Description Job title: Assistant Manager, Media Insights and Social First capabilities Work location: Mumbai HO About this role: Key responsibilities and scope HUL has significantly increased the share of spend that goes into Digital content - across R&F media, social-first media, Influencers, E-Commerce own and static, and many others. This candidate will play a key role in driving the highest efficiency and effectiveness in media deployment. The role requires the candidate to drive impactful media and digital content that drives brand superiority of our brands, reinforce strong discipline in the deployment principles followed in the organisation, and work towards driving its efficiency. The role pioneers, tests, and scales up new initiatives (like AI) and embeds strong insights into media-led innovations (like influencer marketing), social-first content/ plans. The person is also responsible for driving the adoption of new tools, agile processes, and AI-enabled systems, and will help move all of CMI HUL forward in capability. At CMI, we are looking to drive greater engagement and embed all the amazing insights so they travel across the organisation. The role will also be responsible for ensuring awareness and democratization of insights through the CMI Social communication program. Key job requirements: - At least 5+ years of experience in insights and research - Experience in mix testing consumer tools and techniques - Demonstrates strong abilities towards analysing and synthesizing data and information from different sources, building a business-oriented story and narrative around it Key competencies: - Strong bias for action: has the ability to make things happen quickly, thrives on challenges able to pivot and source new solutions to solve a problem or bottleneck - Simplifies complexity: is able to interpret complex business challenges, uses evidence and data smartly, spots issues and opportunities proactively for business - Visionary & innovative: is a trend spotter with a strong appetite for continuous learning and reinvention, is constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way - Result-oriented: You are motivated by outcomes and appreciative of processes.
