Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various departments and levels.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate fit and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Key Requirements:

- MBA HR
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

15 days paid vacation.

Salary is competitive and varies substantially based on the skillset of an individual candidate.
