Job Description
As the AVP Product :
- Develop and execute product strategy for internal tools supporting Sales, Services, and CRM.
- Drive integration of AI/ML technologies to:
- Improve internal workflows
- Enhance customer experience
- Boost advisor productivity
- Ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Services, andCRM teams) to:
- Define product requirements
- Drive innovation in internal business platforms.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for the telecoms products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Communicate product plans and performance to the senior management team.
- Drive product launches including working with the marketing team and executives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AVP Product should have:
- 11-13 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in PHP & Node.js, and product management.
- Strong background in building applications from scratch and understanding business workflows.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Data-driven, tech-driven, and capable of delivering complex solutions to operational challenges.
- Highly self-motivated, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
