Software Engineer- Operations

What You ll Do We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Americas Innovation Expertise department This position is suited for someone passionate about both frontend and backend development using JavaScript Angular React for frontend and Python Flask for backend Our engineering team develops robust solutions for internal tools using JavaScript frameworks HTML CSS and Python-based backends This role is ideal for a Full-Stack Engineer interested in building and maintaining reliable scalable and user-friendly software solutions that cater to a diverse range of clients You will collaborate with the other members of the Innovation Expertise teams especially the Solutions Engineering team and the Software Engineering team to understand requirements provide technical solutions and proactively suggest new ideas to enhance efficiency and performance You will maintain and improve internal and external existing solutions The ideal candidate is a fast autonomous learner with a strong technical background and a history of creative problem-solving You will report to the head of the Americas Solutions Engineering team while supporting both Retail Media and Performance Marketing businesses As this role supports our global business work hours will be between 12 30 PM IST to 09 30 PM IST March -
