Job Description Jr. CA (inter) Client Muthoot Vehicle And Finance Location Kadavantra, Kerala Job Description Job Title: CA Inter (Finance & Accounts) Location: Kochi Industry: NBFC Budget: Up to 3.6 LPA Qualification:CA Inter (Pass) is mandatory Experience: 02 years (Freshers with CA Inter pass can apply) Job Timings: Mon-Sat (9.00AM -5.30PM) Job Summary We are seeking a CA Interqualified candidate to support the finance, accounts, auditing, and compliance functions of our NBFC. The role involves assisting the finance team in ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal process control. Key Responsibilities - Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. - Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance-related documentation. - Work with the finance team to ensure RBI/NBFC regulatory compliance. - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and reconciliations. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection and analysis. - Manage documentation, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. - Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. - Good analytical ability and attention to detail. - Ability to work under timelines within a regulated NBFC environment. - Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Candidate Profile - CA Inter (Pass) compulsory - Candidates based in Kochi/Ernakulam preferred - Strong commitment to learning and growing within the financial services sector - Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data
