- Provide academic guidance and support to students regarding their educational and career goals.

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement academic support programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student engagement and retention.

Skills and Qualifications
