The role involves research, analysis, and providing insights to help customers make informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities - Research & gather data for product/service ratings (incl. mystery shopping). - Analyze T&C documents and financial offerings. - Maintain & update rating sheets (Google Sheets/Excel). - Keep Insight Portal up to date with accurate information. - Track market trends and refine rating methodologies.
